Hamada onsen — Attraction in Beppu

Excellent local onsen! Entrance ¥100, pay at the reception where you can also get your onsen stamp. There is parking (not much space, a bit hard to park!) and toilet in the dressing space. You need to bring your own shampoos and towel. No lockers but you can see a part of the area where you leave your clothes so if you use that park you will have a view of your stuff while bathing. Large tub, big open space, high ceiling, there is a place for everybody here. You will feel your skin shining...

I wad rainy day, and I chose hamada onsen to send my day in, water is little bit hotter than most other onsen. But extremely great place Nothing special there just a ordinary onsen as all onsen should looks like the atmosphere is very relaxing and price is 100 yen as most of onsen you need to bring your own stuff ( shampoo and towels) with you.
