Kuroki — Restaurant in Beppu

Came over by chance, while walking from Jigoku to the JR station. So happy I stopped by. Great food, great atmosphere, very attentive service. Truly authentic. It’s full of locals, I’m the only foreigner here, but feeling very welcome (was actually afraid to enter izakayas after feeling alienated on a couple of occasions).

「お食事処　黒木」

海鮮のお店ですが 「地獄そば」が名物です。

現在の職場のすぐ近くなので帰りに寄ってみた。

かけそばで、辛くて、地獄を思わせる盛り付けかな❓🤔 ってイメージで行きましたが、全然違ったーーーーー😳😳😳

焼いたパリパリのそばを、麺つゆに浸けていただきます🍵

具材がたくさん❗ ・大量のノリ ・大量のネギ ・大量の錦糸玉子 ・さらにゆで玉子 ・開いて焼いたエビが２尾 ＋紅葉おろし

具材を麺つゆにたっぷり投入した後 そばを投入して一緒に食べる。 うんまーい🤩👍 麺つゆ、結構呑んでしまうし だんだんぬるくなって来ますが 麺つゆのお代わりできます。 エビの殻 剥くのがちょっと面倒臭いけど 良いあんばいの塩味で美味しい🦐
