ARE YOU A MOTIVATED NCO? Well this is the perfect place to bring your Marines, no SOFA parking means you need to park on Foster and run the stairway after already doing a hill run prepare to ascend. All 250 steps vary in size and elevation meaning you will work every muscle in your legs and when you're done get ready to run back almost entirely up hill back to Foster.

Some of the stairs are an unequal size so it will mess with your pacing/cadence going up and down. Also watch out for the wet patch. Getting water on the shoe will kill your traction easily. Also the angle shifts at about the fourth set of stairs so be ready for that. It's very challenging but a fun experience...

If you’re looking for a good leg workout with a reward of a view I recommend the Stairway to Heaven. I believe there are 200 steps. If you go around sunset you will be in for quite the treat. It is breathtaking. It’s definitely a good workout for cardio and leg strength so...

If you’re looking for a good leg workout with a reward of a view I recommend the Stairway to Heaven. I believe there are 200 steps. If you go around sunset you will be in for quite the treat. It is breathtaking. It’s definitely a good workout for cardio and leg strength so bring water.

Great little hike. There is parking at the base of the stairs. No bathrooms. No play area Or picnic tables. It took us about 20mins to get to the top. There is some shade along the way up. The view is beautiful too!

Great little hike. There is parking at the base of the stairs. No bathrooms. No play area Or picnic tables. It took us about 20mins to get to the top. There is some shade along the way up. The view is beautiful too!
