Really enjoyed coming here. First experience for me visiting a public bath (vs. Ryokan onsen) and I wish I had one of these facilities back home.

I ended up going twice. First visit was just the onsen with towel rentals which was a great price. Second visit I upgraded to include the hot stone spa which I think is the better deal if you have the time as it includes all the towels as well.

The hot spring for men has 2 indoor baths and 3 outdoor ones, in addition to a few single private tubs. Loved being outdoors next to the sea staring up at the sky

The hot stone massage has 6 rooms, coolest to hottest from near the entrance to the end of the hall. There's a few relaxation rooms near it which anyone can use and some of the rooms (and hot rooms) have sleep pods!

Different experience but I also really enjoyed it and found very relaxing.

Overall really enjoyed it. I don't have a Japanese price baseline as I see some comments indicating it is pricey but for where I'm coming from I thought...

Beautiful, clean zen like spa Namiha no yu aka Minatoonsen namiha no yu spa is a Great #hotmineralsprings This place was wonderful and just 10 minutes awat by taxi from our accomodations at Yogura Hostel in Fukuoka, Japan. #onsen this is located across the street from #familymarket if you want to pick up something to eat aftee hours. It's open until 1 AM so its a great way to indulge and pamper yourself, refresh and renew after a long day of sightseeing and or traveling. Multiple spings of different temperatures and an ice cold one too if uour into that sort od thing. Great for resetting your body. They also have a hot sauna.that is 90 degrees celcius. Great showers and locker rooms. Enjoy the videeos below. Because the springs are done in the nude indoor and outdoors no pictures or video was taken of the actual mineral springs. But you'll be pleased to see how nice they are. They also have a little mareket in the lobby and its connected to a...

Was a great experience. I've been to about 8 Onsens now and this was right up there with the best. Has 4 outdoor baths and 2 indoor (at least on Men's side). Hot rooms upstairs were great too and had some great smells. If you like hot rooms its worth the extra 700 or so yen to try them out (make sure you have extra time to relax in them and sweat everything out). However, 700 yen (800 yen weekend) price for just the bath section makes it by far the best one I've been too for so cheap.

The water was as good as the best Onsens I've been to.

There are a couple of buses that take you right across the street that I would recommend. The nearest subway stop is about a 15-20 min walk.

The staff was helpful since very few signs are in English. But if you've been to a bath house before its pretty typical.

The only thing this one was missing that I really enjoy is massage chairs. (at least I...

Throughout my trip in Kyushu, stayed in Kumamoto, Mt Aso, Beppu & all with onsen facilities, went to a few onsen in Beppu too, this onsen is the most ridiculous & has most unfriendly system. I have a small tattoos at my back (1/3 of a palm size) which I have no prob at all with other onsen if I cover up. This is the ONLY onsen I came across in Japan (I toured Japan alot), which doesn't allow entry, even if the tattoo is covered up. I brought my skin colored patch along just for such situation, but the staff still said NO. This onsen has thus taught me, and others with small body art tattoos, a lesson. Just lie and say no tattoo even though you have. Just cover it up with skin colored patch in advance will do. Your onsen is REALLY UNFRIENDLY to rejected customer with tattoos even if cover up. 👎👎👎

Nice and cosy hot spring. Costs about 800yen to enter, and another 200yen for towels (thus like most other hot spring, you can opt to bring your own towels from your hotel to save this additional fee). Went there at about 3 in the afternoon and had found the place pretty decent. Two indoor baths, one sauna, 4 outdoor baths with varying temperatures (there's a television located at the outdoor bath area) , and an indoor cold bath. Most of the patrons when I visited seems to be from korea and Hong Kong, there are also some locals spotted in the hot spring. Only pay after you're done, and are about to check out. There's also an attached restaurant that features some Japanese food items, and the common area just in front of the cashier has some snacks and beverages for you to buy.
