THE BEST view point of Fukushima city and the Tohoku Shinkansen. It’s a 45 minute hike from Fukushima Station or a ¥1,350 taxi ride (12 minutes) to the parking lot. There was construction on the road up so I had to walk the last 1.3km to the observation deck. There is a path that cuts through up bypassing the winding paved road for cars (which couldn’t drive up at the time). I’ve been told the night view here is spectacular and a romantic date spot. For me, trainspotting the E5 and E6 Shinkansen to Shin-Aomori. Advice: taxi up, walk back down. Total time: 90-120 minutes Note: there are no vending machines up there, bring water. Take all trash back with you ^_^

One of the greatest view points in Fukushima city. If you walk up to this observatory, it takes about 20 minutes from the main Torii gate of this worshiped mountain, Mt. Shinobu. Somehow 90 percent of Fukushima residents don’t know the location of this, so it’s not crowded as of April, 2019. In case you’re tired after walking up and down for this view point, I personally recommend you having some coffee and sweets at a coffee shop on the way back to the city.

どうもー ma-bo-っす 信夫山は、東から熊野山、羽黒山、羽山の3つの嶺が連なり、信夫三山と呼ばれてます その中でもここ『烏ヶ崎展望デッキ』が絶景のビューポイントです。 頂上からの眺望は 東の阿武隈山系から福島市街地、安達太良連峰と吾妻連峰、さらに奥羽山脈の遥か北の蔵王連峰までの大パノラマが広がってて福島では最高のロケーションじゃないでしょうか？ ここから眺める夜景はカップルに凄く人気のスポットらしいです　笑 月山駐車場に車を停めて徒歩5分で着きます。 私達は運動がてら 信夫山の下界にある『極楽寺』近くの登山道から登りましたｗ ま～…正直、キツイっす(>_<) 途中、這って登るくらい傾斜のキツイ場所もあり体力をかなり消耗しますｗ 仕事帰りに行ったので もぉ～ヘトヘトになって登りました　笑 登りきって頂上から見る景色は格別でした～ あっ！　そぅそぅ・・・ 登山前に登山道を外れて散策してたら 森の中にポツンとブロックで出来た建物らしき物があったので 近づいて見るとブロックで出来た壁だけでした・・・ 建造途中で中止になった感じでした しかし・・・ こんな山の中で（周りは何もなし） なんの目的で何を造るつもりだったのでしょう？？？

信夫山公園をかなり上まで車で上って行くと、行き止まりに５，６台停められるトイレ併設の駐車場が有ります。そこから展望デッキへは歩いて５分も有れば到着しますが、途中ちょっと戸惑うＴ字路に差し掛かります。細い道に進む様に左折すれば、急に壮大な視界が開けるデッキに到着です。 眼下に広がる福島市街。福島平野の先の吾妻連山まで眺められ、東北新幹線がちょうど真下を通るのでトレインビューも楽しめます。人気スポットなのでしょう、こんなに狭く寂しい場所ながら自分の他に２組訪れていて、１組は何かの撮影隊でした。さぞや夜景も美しかろうと想像出来ますが、駐車場から展望デッキまでを夜間歩くのはちょっと厳しいのかな？。

眺望が素晴らしいです！ 福島市西部を一望できます。 私は時々、お弁当を持って行くのですが、とても気持ち良く過ごせます。少人数でのハイキングにお勧めです(*^-^*)-☆ しかし……。 足場は良くありません。 烏ヶ崎は岩場なのですが、先端に安全柵もありません。 危険な行動や場所の判断がつけられない小さなお子様連れでのハイキングは、転落・転倒のリスクがあるように感じています。 それでも、やっぱり景色は素晴らしいです！！！ 【安　全 Ｏ(`・ω・´)Ｏ 第　一】 で、楽しみたいと思います☆彡

信夫山のおおよそ頂上にあたるこの展望台は休日になると様々な人が訪れる。そんなこの展望台は鉄道撮影地としても有名である。 車は展望台のかなり手前に公園の駐車場があり、そこから歩いて10分~15分である。 東北新幹線、山形新幹線、東北本線、奥羽本線、阿武隈急行線、福島交通飯坂線の福島駅に出入りする路線を北側から撮影できる。 撮影する構図にもよるが、新幹線、在来線ともにレンズは中望遠~望遠が好適だ。 北側から撮影するので、完全に晴れているときより曇りの方が撮りやすい。
