I hate to be that person, but if you are an animal lover, please do not visit or support this zoo. The place has a strong, unpleasant smell of animal urine, especially from the dogs. Many of the animals look depressed and neglected, especially a large white dog that is kept on a very short chain in a corner. It is heartbreaking and inhumane.
Some animals seem so distressed that they face the wall and do not want to interact with people at all. The meerkat enclosure is extremely small, about one square meter, with four to five meerkats cramped inside. They look very anxious and uncomfortable. Overall, the conditions are poor and unhygienic, and the smell of urine throughout the area is...

There was a price bundle at the zoo (for zoo and aquarium), but the aquarium didn’t have a price bundle. Why? This doesn’t make sense to me. We showed our aquarium tickets and asked if we could pay the difference of 600 yen for the ticket bundle to see the zoo (2,100 yen bundle - 1,500 yen aquarium). They said no. Why hide the deal? Maybe also trying communicating better with...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. This is horrible in many many different ways. Lots of dogs in small places, peeing and pooping on the floors. There is a white big dog on a leash looking like it would rather die then be there. All of the animals live in way too small cages. It‘s just horrible. That was such a bad experience and made me extremly sad. I am very surprised something like this is still existing in 2025. I dont understand why people would go there and get out of there happy. Owls and Monkeys in cages which are horrendously small. In my opinion this...
