Went for dinner, all you can eat buffet style, european & japanese style.

Very rare that I have to write a negative review but it’s necessary given the current rating of this place. In short don’t go until they fix the kitchen, it’s a scam.

Service is okay, the staff seems kind. Food is horrible, it would be a scam for 3000 yen and it was 8000.

Meat, cheese, pasta & bread were dull. Sushis were absolutely awful, even for low occidental standards : they weren’t fresh, the fish slices were separated from the rice, the rice was bad and my stomach was disturbed for the whole night. Fruits were okay. Juice is industrial and bad. This is unacceptable for an hotel, and it would still be the case for a school or public funded restaurant. It was an italian theme night, I believe any fellow italian would feel insulted.

Please consider eating the food you serve and either lower the price extensively or source better food providers, both would be better.

This was by far the worst buffet I have ever been too, the food was terrible and unappealing and there wasn’t a great variety.

The price of this buffet makes you think it’s upscale and a very fancy and quiet environment with quality food but it is indeed the opposite.

I am throughly disappointed, we went here as a back up option because the French restaurant was full and we are staying at the prince hotel but I honestly would have rather ate at a Lawsons than this buffet.

The worse food we had during our trip in Japan. I don’t remember I had such bad quality in years. With the high prices they ask for a buffet of that poor quality and selection they could easily afford a cook (whoever is responsible for the buffet I would not call one) and/ or better quality of the tasteful ingredients which you usually find in Japanese dishes. A shame considering the nice location at the lake and the well kept hotel (even though the shops and other facilities around the hotel had their good times...
