​I had the pleasure of dining at Le Trianon during my stay, and it was, without a doubt, one of the best French dinners I have ever had. I was absolutely blown away by the quality, creativity, and execution of the meal. ​While the entire course was exceptional, two dishes in particular stood out and deserve special mention.

The Marinated Filefish with its Liver Sauce was a sublime start to the meal, showcasing incredible freshness and a perfectly balanced, rich sauce.

​The main course, a stunning Hakone Seiroku Wagyu Fillet with Foie Gras, was the absolute highlight. The beef was unbelievably tender and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the rich, truffle-enhanced Perigueux sauce—truly a masterpiece and one of the best preparations of wagyu I've ever tasted.

​The service was impeccable throughout the evening, and the elegant dining room added to the special occasion. If you are staying at The Prince Hakone or are in the area, a meal at Le Trianon is an absolute must. It is a world-class dining experience that I will not soon forget. Highly, highly...

コーヒー紅茶はおかわり自由。 ベーコンがとても味わい深く美味しかったです。

オレンジジュースとアップルジュース、サラダとヨーグルトフルーツ寄せが初めに提供されます。 わたしはヨーグルトは最後に食べたいのでとっておきました。

そのあと、パンと卵料理。

卵はフライドエッグ、オムレツ、スクランブルから選べます。

提供スピードは一般的。

飲み物のおかわりはアクションしても気が付いてはいただけず、頑張ってこちらからお願いする状態。 また、コーヒーが中に少し入っていても、コーヒー紅茶はどちらですか？と聞かれます。

パンを運んでくるときに目の前で落としていて、主人のものは黙ったまま取りに戻ってからサーブ、でも一言もなしでした。

サラダは新鮮なお野菜にドレッシングも強すぎずわたし好みでした。 ヨーグルトのジャムも苺を使った甘さ抑えめのジャムでわたしは好きでしたが、お子さんや一般には甘さが足りないかもしれません。
