Nice broad expanse of beach - I went in mid-October and while water temps can vary (it was about 24C), we were able to swim in just a swimsuit. It was post-typhoon (2 weeks ago), so a lot of debri and clean-up going on. Currents and tide can be pretty rough even in front of the tetrapods meant to break the waves. Unless there are lifeguards on duty or you have strong swimmers around, this may not be the best place for children or...

Great place to visit . I saw lots of foreigners hanging around , locals and family love this area too. I saw kite surfing and tents around . Safe place to chill and easy access by cycling. Always bring sunblock the sun can...

The beach is much nicer and less crowded than yuigahama area. Sand is cleaner and there is a plenty of space for everyone
