Nice broad expanse of beach - I went in mid-October and while water temps can vary (it was about 24C), we were able to swim in just a swimsuit. It was post-typhoon (2 weeks ago), so a lot of debri and clean-up going on. Currents and tide can be pretty rough even in front of the tetrapods meant to break the waves.
