観光複合施設 HASSENBA HITOYOSHI KUMAGAWA — Attraction in Hitoyoshi

There is really nothing to complain about except one thing. The facility is modern, clean and safe. The staff are friendly and not overwhelming (they let you have fun during the tours). The location is convenient for the city and the river itself is clean and relaxing. However, since I purchased the white water rafting course I expected white water rafting. Instead we did a 2-hour "rafting" course down a lazy river which was disappointing. If you're looking for excitement, maybe this isn't the place for you. I'm not sure why they don't say this on their website. I've included a video of the fastest section of their rafting course so go see for yourself.

I'd recommend it for families with young children of 10 years old or less.

It's strange because I want to give a worse review but everything else makes up for it. Just the actual experience was underwhelming.

By the way, the staff doesn't speak English but a basic understanding of the language...
