This place is awesome to drive. The owner is helpful, and he gave me some pointers to speed up. Overall, the track is awesome!
For those travelling to this location via Google Map. Here's how you can get to this place from Kyoto:
Go to Kyoto Station. Take the Kintetsu Railway to Yamato-Saidaiji Station. Change the train to go to Tomio Station Once you are at Tomio Station, take the taxi to the place instead.
NOTE: Do not follow the Google maps by using the bus or walking. You can not walk to the location at all! Take a taxi from Tomio Station. I was lucky to have a policeman who helped me, but if i did not, I would have been lost!
Another NOTE: Look for the taxi company's number. You need it to get back to the station. There's no Uber or e hail...

Whatever others are saying this is completly accessible on foot/walk. Dont follow Google maps initinary but just look the paths and you'll find it. Follow my picture.
We paid about 6000 yen for 5 laps and 1 pair of gloves and one facemask. This was just great !
There is a sign that says dont Park here. If you find this sign means you are in the right path. Go after it direct left and there is a hiden tunnel.
