One of the most beautiful Rose Gardens I have ever visited. The rose plants are impressive.. from red to pink to yellow and white and others have mixed colors. You can identify its specie as there is a tag beside it. There is a big crown of roses at the entrance. The fountain is one you cannot miss... there is a playground on the other side of the major part of the rose garden where programs can be held. You can access the rose plant store by passing through the wooden bridge. The facility is complete with toilets, souvenir stores, a museum of old artifacts and plenty of hut shades and benches where you can relax. Highly recommended...

The roses (apparently 400 kinds from all around the world) are pretty when they are in the season but the facility has seen better days and is a little depressing out of season.
