I hopped on board without knowing much what to expect. 1000 yen per person and at least two people to start. A young and energetic boat person did offer me to start with 2000 yen but I chose to wait and luckily enough a group of passengers arrived.

It's really worth it as the boat person also explained the features around the town, some recommendations on eating places and what to do. It was all in Japanese but I could understand the large majority of it. There are a lot of nice pictures...

Short and sweet, fun experience, for a great price! The captain is so friendly and kind. Told me some interesting facts about the village and answered my questions (in english too). Not a long wait, you text to ask when the next available ride is - there’s a sign with his contact. Can be dropped off where you want in the village! I recommend trying this boat tour if you’re in Ine.
