We had lots of fun at the Spo-cha area. For about $20 / 3,000 JPY you can enjoy karaoke, dart, pool, inline skating, and dozens of other sports.
It's open 24/7 on weekends and til 06 am every other day. We had 3 floors almost to ourselves during mid-week.
There are a view issues with this location, however: some things (including 3/4 of the mini bowling stall) were broken most ball sports like basketball, soccer, tennis are on the rooftop. Overall a good time and lots of things to do other than bowling but was a bit confusing if you don't...

I advise going with a lot of friends to enjoy Spocha's facilities (its a different payment depending on duration and if adult/student/child). Has indoor games and outdoor games (like badminton, tennis, batting cages and basketball).
Definitely a place to go if you just wanna have active fun with your friends. It can get a little crowded on...
