Ezu Lake — Attraction in Kumamoto

I visited Lake Ezu on a warm spring afternoon, and it was the perfect way to slow down. The lake sparkled in the sunlight, framed by trees just beginning to bloom. Locals were out enjoying the fresh air — walking, relaxing, and best of all, boating on the calm waters.

Renting a boat here adds a lovely touch to the experience. Whether you’re paddling gently across the lake or just drifting and soaking in the view, it’s peaceful and surprisingly refreshing. Ducks glide past, birds call overhead, and the city feels a world away.

江津湖は、熊本市東区に位置し貴重な水生生物や野鳥や花を見ることもできる、市民にとってのオアシスです。周囲には遊歩道が整備されていてウォーキングや散歩を楽しむ市民も多く見られます。芝生が広がる広場もあります。また近くには動植物園もあり、家族連れも休日を過ごすにはもってこいの場所になっています。 駐車場もあり、トイレも数ヵ所整備されており便利です。ボートハウスも入り口近くにあり夏場はボートを利用する人たちで賑わっています。 特に野鳥は冬場に世界的な絶滅危惧種のクロツラヘラサギやカモ類などの数多くの渡り鳥がやってきて身近に見ることが出来ます。皆に人気のカワセミも見られますよ。是非訪れて...
