There are many tea ceremony experiences in Kyoto, but I chose this one because it offers a private space just for us in a beautiful, traditional Japanese-style building. The quiet private space was incredibly comfortable. Watching the footage of the tea fields, I realized for the first time how much effort goes into making matcha.
