I was here on golden week and very lucky with the weather. I took the bus from tokushima station and is about one hour 10 minutes as the last stop. Chanen Observatory is very beautiful and from there I can see the sizes of whirlpool. I recommend not taking the boat unless the whirlpool is at its highest. Truly enjoyed the Uzu-no Michi walkway.
