Oarai Marine Tower — Attraction in Oarai

Offers an excellent view of the surrounding area. Probably cause I am visiting on a weekday outside of holiday season, I had the entire observation deck to myself. Besides that, there is a cafe of sorts on the 2nd floor and a shop on the ground floor. Of note is that you will need to buy a ticket from the machines at the entrance to access the observation deck. Decent tower that you have to pay 500¥ to go up. There was no one up there when i went and it was great to have a quick bite and enjoy the surrounding (nothing much to see).
