Decent tower that you have to pay 500¥ to go up. There was no one up there when i went and it was great to have a quick bite and enjoy the surrounding (nothing much to see). The cafe is on the second floor which is rather expensive but cater to those who loves the tank anime series. Some souvenirs can be bought on the first floor without going up the tower

The restaurant on the second floor is neatly decorated but the food is average, drinks are expensive and the water taste weird. Staff are dressed up like ANIME characters but they are just regular staff, nothing special to see here. The view is nice.

Visited here for GuP Collaboration cafe. Foods were great and decorations were also great. Tank shaped staff calling bell was the best. View from the GuP cafe was also great too. It was great to swing by for the rest during the bicycle trip.

It's a nice view of pacific ocean and Oarai, visit if you're in Oarai area. It's a must go for all "Girls und Panzer" fans, especially the cafe on the second floor. It's near the station and close to town, including mall and beach.

Went there for both nice 360 view of the surrounding area on top of the tower, as well as the Panzer Vor cafe on the tower's 2nd floor. The nostalgic feeling when sitting in the cafe and sipping a cup of Rosehip tea~

Cafe was great and the burger and tea combo hit the spot. Unfortunately a little understaffed but it doesn't take away from the great service. A good spot to end your anime/GuP roundabout of Oarai.
