Urawa PARCO — Attraction in Saitama

The largest department store in the area. There's a plethora of many stores as well as eating options as well as a nice grocery store located in the basement. I find that the access is a little bit inconvenient as you need to walk around very large rotary for being able to access the inside of the department store. However, that's not really a big deal for the most part. I find that on the weekend it gets pretty crowded, however there's a very nice movie theater that's pretty empty during the weekdays and they offer a number of discounts as well so although I'm not a big movie buff I've been here a couple times. The restaurant selection is pretty standard for most department stores in Japan, so you won't have any problem finding the kind of food that you want to eat and it's all pretty reasonably priced as well. As for clothes, there's everything that you need as well as kitchen and living room stores as well which are all very easy to access and pretty convenient. Overall, there isn't a lot to do in the area so this department store is a breath of fresh air and pretty convenient. I frequently visit this place a couple times for weeks since I live pretty close to it. I love the health food store and cheaper grocery store in the basement. It's got z lot of great vegan options. There's also a sewing store and an electronics store i frequent. Some cheap clothing shops for when you need to snag a few things quickly or basics like undershirts. The nitori home deco has had everything I've looked for.

Popular department store in Urawa, Saitama across the station. There are many shops, restaraunts and a nice movie theater on the upper floor. It can become very busy, especially on the weekends; though, it’s very spacious with a number of seats to sit if you get tired and use their WiFi.
