Sendai Castle Honmaru Great Hall Ruins — Attraction in Sendai

The Sendai Castle Honmaru Great Hall Ruins mark the spot where the main palace of Date Masamune once stood. Though only the stone foundations remain today, you can still feel the scale and importance of what used to be the heart of Sendai Castle. Informative signs and diagrams help you imagine the grand audience hall where the powerful lord once received guests and governed his domain.
