Higashi Itabashi Park — Attraction in Tokyo

いつからか、ペットの散歩が園内で出来るようになったが、来る輩はマナー、モラル、品位等の言葉とは縁の無い輩 糞尿はそこらじゅうに撒き散らし、糞は公衆トイレに棄てていき、注意されても捨て台詞を吐き去っていく。 指定管理者は何も管理をせず 五メートル、十メートルの無駄に長いリードに繋ぎドッグランでもない場所でものを投げては取りに行かせる。 この公園をりようするひとはの品位を疑われる覚悟をしてください。

マナー違反者だらけの公園 少年野球場利用の団体指導者、保護者が 子供達から離れればいいだろうと 野球場の公園反対側の道路（住宅まで三㍍）道路利用者や周辺住民の迷惑も考えず 喫煙を行う奴らが多数。 一般利用者、周辺で工事関係者も ここは喫煙場所ではない。 早朝夜間に犬の散歩している人たちのマナーモラル無し！ そこら中に糞尿、糞を回収している人もいるけど… 尿は雀の涙程度の水かけるだけ そこを老若男女問わず、直接、シートやテントをはっている。不衛生な環境、知っている地元の人間はテントもシートもやらない。知らぬが仏なのか？ 夜間は周辺の居住者（老若男女問わず） 春夏秋冬問わず、騒音を撒き散らしていきます。 勘違い親子が早朝から玉遊びやゴルフ場と勘違いしたおっさんがゴルフボールを打つ マナーもモラ...
