There is no staff available to speak with and if you call the emergency number, the staff isn’t helpful. We did not have an adequate amount of towels and I requested a pillow due to significant hip pain and an inability to sleep following the first night of sleeping on the floor. I was told first that no pillow could be provided because it would take too long to get one. When I explained I was staying for several days and would be willing to wait to get a pillow, I was told I could not have one because I would have to be charged extra. When I said I would gladly pay a fee if it meant being able to sleep, I was told I should just go buy a pillow and that was the end of the discussion. We booked with booking.com and expected the hotel to issue us a room number and code given it was self check in with no staff available on premises. They never sent the code, and when arriving at the property there was a contact number but when we attempted to call it over 10 times they never responded. We emailed, called numerous times and never got a room code and they took our money.
When we decided to book elsewhere and charge back the booking only then did they pretend they sent the room code, however there was no email trail and they attempted to put a fake screenshot to contest the charge back.

We had no problem using bathroom or shower as we never ran...
