Heck yes, Suginami! I've seen a bunch of stuff here. At first I got pretty lost trying to find the large hall and ran around a bunch in the lower floors (smaller halls are down here). Luckily the staff and people were super nice and directed me to the upper floors where the large hall resides. If you enter the main (?) doors and pull a u-turn to your left you'll see a big staircase, so walk up that thing and you're pretty much there. Once inside the large hall check out the fun seats along the sides of the venue! I like sitting in these in the upper level, but it sounds great pretty much anywhere. BONUS: giant...
