It is just breathtaking observation point. Here you can see both towers, many bridges, bay and docks area. Little admission fee is required. Seems, it used to be a restaurant, but now there is no service. So, do not hesitate to take smth to drink/eat on you. Many comfortable couches are all around the observation floor.
