Decent/good ramen here. I've come here about five-six times now throughout 2013-2023. The restaurant uses a pager system when it is ready. When you are done with your food, you bring the tray and bowl back to the restaurant in this food court. The broth leans toward more salt than pork flavor. It was 1000 yen for the "A" bowl. This is a very porky smelling, but delicious ramen. The smell can be described as "gamey", but the tonkotsu broth does not taste anything like the aroma. Noodles are the thin straight type (versus wavy noodles). The broth was a bit oily for my liking, and I wasn't able to finish off all the soup. In my opinion, the thick, rich, creamy flavor of the broth was delicious. The noodles were thinner noodles and I enjoyed their texture and flavor as well. I did not add any of the toppings as I felt there was no need. I will definitely eat here again next time I stop by.
