Dirty, grey, bad smelling cost side. Some places covered with rubbish, plastic boxes and so on. Tons of concrete elements protecting from high waves - not very charming and beautiful. On the other side many old houses, instead of hotels, restaurants and places of public interest - why the city doesnt change...
