Made reservations ahead of time expecting it to be busy on a Saturday. However, we’re “early risers” so there was only one other family when we arrived. Now that we’ve visited, it’s a little less confusing and we know what we will and won’t do next time as there are activities that cost additional outside of the entrance fee. The dinosaurs were our least favorite part. The inflatable maze wasn’t bad, I’m just too old (and out of shape) to be chasing my 5 year old around. And since it rained 2 days ago, there were still spots in the ball pit that were wet. Since she is under the age of 7, an adult had to be with her in the maze (additional 💴1000 for the both of us). Our favorite part was the indoor portion with all the bright lights and music. And the staff member who was in there today was so very nice and helpful. She assisted with making cotton candy and offered to take pictures of my daughter and I. The bathroom we used was also very clean. All the positive reviews are from years ago. The current state of the resort is terrible!! The cost is ridiculous since so much is broken. Many dinosaurs and exhibits should just be removed because they are disturbing to see.
There is potential if the owner will invest some profits into fixing it.
To the management: please budget some money every month towards *having broken items removed *hauled away broken junk *unplug dinosaurs laying on the ground *replacing damaged neon signs *fixing the clouds in the pink room *repairing or replacing the old wicker furniture *install charging stations for parents to charge phones or work on laptop *Provide wi-fi for patrons, and parents would bring the kids and work while kids play.
This place could be really fun! Unfortunately you are not investing money back into taking care of it, and it looks...
Read moreWent here with some friends and their kids on a weekday and it was so quiet, we had the entire place to ourselves. It had been raining right before we arrived, so most of the outdoor rides were closed, except for the dinosaur animatronics and the pool. Even with the outdoor rides closed, we still were able to enjoy about 3 hours here, mostly inside. I was pleasantly surprised to find they serve food and alcohol along with sweet treats like shaved ice and blue seal ice cream. Great place for kids to play or even just for adults to get some insta worthy photos and a drink or two. I’m looking forward to going back when the bbq venue and outdoor...
