Snova Shin'yokohama — Attraction in Yokohama

about a week before, we went to snova 246 that impressed us a lot. this time made us so frustrated when comparing to it.

firstly, the maintenance isn't that good and you could easily find the water drops falling on the roof. moreover the air con wasn't strong enough and made the ground slippery. It costed more than snova 246 and has no coaches on Thursday.

Not recommend for beginners. two-star rating is mainly due to good staffs otherwise it rates...

Actually it is a nice place for practice.

However, the rental equipment sucks and ruined everything. Boots broken, board/binding/boots did not fit. I travelled all the way from Hong Kong to Snova to join a park course, but I had to cancel on the spot because I could not rent any usable equipment. The staff of Snova and Woot snowbord park school was very good though - I got full refund.

absolutely worst.. the price and quality are very inappropriate. They don't seem to care about customer comfort. the carpet on the stairs is very messy, even though the carpet can help make it easier to climb the stairs before going to the escalator, the place is dirty and there are many rusty irons.
