Improved since I last went couple of years back. I started from Kuala Perlis Jetty about 30mins from Kangar by Grab and cost me Rm20 plus my tip coz waited for me while quequeing at ATM. Ferry travel from KP took about 45-60mins depending on crowds and weather Rtn RM36. Nothing to see outside the ferry. Water all around and few islands before reaching Kuah, Jetty.
