I go to this park almost every single day, sometimes multiple times in a day regardless of the time of day; something that people will find interesting is that it's called the quiet garden for a reason, the reason being that it's haunted; those plaques you see are not there just for show - the hypothetically tragic events that took place there still echo spiritually, that's why the place is always quiet regardless of how many people are there or the time of day.
