Abou Philippe — Attraction in Mastita

One of the worst resorts in Lebanon—if not the worst. We've been loyal customers for nearly three years, booking 7 to 8 rooms every summer. This year, the experience was a complete disaster.

You're forced to pay again for pool access on the second day—despite staying at the resort.

You're not allowed to bring anything from your room to the pool—not even your own water.

The rooms are filthy, uncomfortable, and clearly neglected.

Worst of all, there is absolutely no one in management who understands the basics of customer service or how to treat returning guests with respect.

Bottom line: I strongly advise against this place. There are far better options in Jbeil that actually care about their guests and know how to keep them...
