Very unprofessional! I booked a stay at the penthouse for May 25th and 26th for 10 people. I had already received approval to accommodate 10 people in the room, mentioning that they would be staying the night. Based on this approval, I reserved the room and paid the full reservation fees and deposit in advance, despite the fact that no deposit fees were mentioned prior to booking.
On the 25th, I called again to confirm the arrangement for 10 people. The call operator informed me that the penthouse is only exclusive for 6 people but accepted 7 as a special offer and offered a bungalow for 2 people for $80. I explained that I had booked the penthouse based on their approval for 10 people a month ago. After several discussions, providing screenshots, and making three calls, they informed me that the management's decision was final, and they could not accommodate 10 people, they explained it was a mistake made by the reservation agent.
Upon hearing this, I demanded a refund, but they did not respond immediately. After some time, they called back and said they would honor the original booking. However, by then it was already midday, and I had spent two hours in a panic. I refused their offer and asked for a refund via OMT, to which they agreed but did not provide details. Consequently, I drove there personally to collect the refund.
This last-minute cancellation was extremely unprofessional, especially considering I had an important event. Finding alternative accommodation on the same day was incredibly challenging, and driving there to collect my deposit was a significant inconvenience. The entire ordeal ruined my day. We've reached the door and asked about the entrance fees which was 10$ per person we paid accordingly and they didn't have change in usd. well if you were going to put ur fees in usd kindly have usd change till now im still very patient and understanding until they were confused about if they could prepare us food or we should order delivery still i haven't lost my patience The beach was disgusting we understand that most of the public beaches are disgusting but to enter and find a private beach poorly maintained and dirty i was surprised. The pool was good i liked it honestly but i really hated the fact no one helped us where we could sit each time we reach somewhere they tell us you should pay fees. Where was the pinnacle of disasters?! the showers! what could i say about it zero maintenance smelly toilets doors that don't close if they do you'll get stuck (my girlfriend was stuck inside) small space where u could barely move inside the showers I was going to reserve a bungalow honestly but after this horrible experience i won't and i will never set foot again in this horrible place and i won't recommend...

I'd like to offer some feedback for improvement. The sun loungers are comfortable, but their close placement feels suffocating and busy to the eye, detracting from the classy and aesthetic atmosphere the resort has the potential to achieve. I understand the need to maximize guest space. Perhaps, on busy days, additional loungers could be brought out from storage to alleviate this issue.
Regarding dining, we found that the prices versus portion sizes and quality of food could be better balanced.
Despite these minor inconveniences, my family and i had a fantastic time on all levels, and appreciate the efforts of your team. We look forward to visiting again...
