We have been going to this place for years but this will be our last time. They have added so many rules and they are extremely rude about it. The first is girls have to put a swimming cap and if you don’t have one (which you probably don’t) you have to buy one for 5$ (it’s not worth that much and it’s an ugly color). The second thing is when you want to order food. You can’t have your food by the pool and if you want to order at the restaurant there are rules there too! We visited Plaga Des Rois with my family, after being there for 2 hours and playing in the pool with my daughter, a staff member approached me and told me I couldn’t be in the pool because of what I was wearing. My outfit was swimwear but capri and t shirt style. I showed them my outfit and even compared to my 3 year old who was also wearing a long sleeve rash guard to protect from the sun. I asked what is the difference between mine and hers, they said that is the rules. Their sign in the front only stated “proper swimwear” which is what I was wearing.
