Not that many slides and pools to play with but still are fun if you appreciate the moment. And road is super hot. Wear hot resistance and anti slippery sandals because you'll ends up navigating barefooted if you dont and i think it would be a good choice to wear sandals that is comfortable while swimming and will stuck to your feet wherever you go(search google for rubber shoes or water shoes). When you get your rental buoy, take care of it as if your life depends on it because thieves are everywhere. I left it for a few minutes to fetch my sandals and it was gone. Forever. And then I only gets to play simple slides. Some of the staff will force you to take pictures. One on the entrance and one when you are busy swimming. They attack like sharks so be prepared when you see somebody holding camera snapping pictures of random peoples. Try many styles while swimming and sliding hence boring slides can be quite fun. Noon is when people are the least in the pools. Wear sunblock once in a while because man its super mega ultra effing scorching hot. They sell some food so bring in extra money in case you got hungry because you will. I saw some people brought in tent to change their clothes and I think it was kinda a great idea but where did they wash their body though? I ends up washing at home because the changing room is super crowded. But... i came while some company was having family day event so i don't know if it would be that crowded on normal days.. p/s: i didnt took that many pictures because all of that time is used to...
Read moreMaintenance not good. Many metal part can see corrosion. Some slide not slip due to less water. Food is terrible. We went before raya. It is fasting period. The shop in side run out of food. Many item not available. But they still not allowed your bring your own food. We select some limited choices......Finally Burger is cold. Fries very oily......Corn have strange taste(I guess because of the oil they select). For what I think. If the shop not provide those food that your printed in menu. I guess they want to save cost to avoid wasted, then you should allow guest bring their own. If not allow guest bring their own, you should provide the item that you printed in menu. The food delicious or not delicious is another story. One more things that I not happy is they will search your bag to avoid your bring your own food. Even lady underwear inside the bag the male staff still use their own hand to touch and move the underware to see. Deeply not respect the guest, especially lady. In air port or any other place require security check is female check female. And ask you to open luggage and move inside item by your own. Not by them. I can see why their business went very down. Sun way is much much more better for management, training and maintenance. I will not suggest any one I know waste...
Read moreWe decided to make a day of it Thursday before heading back to KL for our Friday flight back home. In summary, you get what you pay for here. If you want the newest, fanciest, perfect conditions then this may not be the place for you and your family. If you want to turn the kids loose at the park with little to no frills, it is a good bet. The pictures online make it look “newer” than what it really is. The facilities are older with fading paint and cracked concrete. The lazy river is well….lazy . It barely moves. The wave pool does not have waves. Just a large swimming area. There are no lounge chairs, only plastic chairs with small tables and picnic tables in the dining area. The double tubes cost 30.00 and necessary for the water rides, are not included in the admission price. The water slides worked well and were enjoyable. The people working were polite and courteous. I found the food at the cafe to be quite tasty and very affordable. In the end we probably spent 280 Malaysian money equivalent to 70 USD for three people admission, food, locker rental and tube rental. I feel that is a pretty reasonable price for the entertainment for the 5 hours we spent here. Our 13 year old had a very good time and we did too. That...
