Dataran Sejarah Ayer Keroh Melaka — Attraction in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

Dataran Sejarah is a public square in Ayer Keroh, Malacca. It is located on the left side of Lebuh Ayer Keroh (State Route M29) as you head south from the North South Expressway towards downtown Malacca. Initially just an open field, the square has undergone renovations and beautification. This involved the construction of a number of sculptures to reflect local heritage and culture.

We like to came here because of the scenery of the huge and clean. Easy parking and have a public toilet so clean. Children can play the playground and the field.

This is my first visit with my daughter after our breaking fast and solat. I didn't expect there was entertainment too despite the Ramadan month. It was quite entertaining but the singing should be improved to a better quality.

We were looking for coffee after dinner at Secret Recipe and couldn't stay longer as they close at 10 pm.

We decided to look for dessert and ended up snacking on Churros.. My first taste without dipping into the chocolate. I liked it on its own without adding more sugar. Hope it will not affect my blood sugar as they sprinkle sugar after frying...

We were there Wednesday early evening. It was rather quiet with a few families having picnic and a few joggers and football training. We noticed a signboard stating lights maintenance work is ongoing - true that - the fireflies park and a lot of ligts need replacing. The place was clean and plans and garden well maintained.
