A very compact museum with some interesting exhibits. You have to take off your sandals or shoes before entering. There are some royal portraits inside but you don't have to salute all the time. The story about Mersing origins is interesting but I can't find anything about Mersinga tree everywhere else but here so I think the museum's historians need to recheck and verify the authenticity of that story. I love how they preserve the colonial design of the main building. Visitors can purchase souvenirs in the lobby on the way out.
