KFC Mersing — Restaurant in Johor

After returning from every Tioman trip, I will pop by here to grab lunch before heading to the bus interchange. This outlet never disappoints - today I had the Chizza which was incredible and I was very very satisfied. Very different from what I experience back home in Singapore. I read many bad reviews about the Chizza in Singapore but was totally amazed by KFC Mersing. The fries I had today was also brilliantly crispy and tasty (unlike soggy fries back home)! Top notch service from the staff as well - always smiling and ready to help. Perfect experience before leaving...

It's a two storey store which you can eat while looking around the Mersing town. You have to order your meal using those self ordering kiosk. The menu are just like in other KFC stores and so are their prices.

The store is spacious. It doesn't feel cramped despite having lots of customers. There's a lot seats and tables, for couples or huge families.

Staffs are polite and kind. The toilet is clean and everything works.

The branch manager did the responsibility to train the staff. Staff's are mostly friendly and helpful. Before the menu or item is not available, they will inform the customer in advance. Visited this place about 7pm, we can see customers in and out buying the kfc and food delivery guys placed on the order or getting the order and delivering it to the customer.
