I was there with my parents and stop over at the foodcourt for lunch. Sadly the service was so bad and the staff was so arrogant and stuck up. The trays to carry the food were dirty too. The thing that me really upset was when I was at the beverage counter. When I was there, there was no one around only me at the counter. Unfortunately they were busy counting the money at the cashier at that time. I asked the lady at the counter apparently very rude and ignorant didn’t bother to face me she was just looking at the cashier who was counting the money. I asked her can I make an order she just ignored me and did not reply a thing as though im not there. Then the guy who was preparing the drink rudely showed his hand to me a signed that asked me to wait. Then I have waited there from me one person there then until the que was longer. The lady still didn’t care about the long que and kept insisted on the cashier to count the money. She still ignored me and did not make any eye contact. After a long wait I decided to leave because my meal were getting cold. My parents were puzzled why am I returning without any drinks. So I decided to buy a mineral water at the mamak beside the food court. While eating our meal for your information my father was on a wheelchair. The cleaners were bothering us with the trolley of the dirty dishes. They were pushing the trolley and insisted us to make way for them. They were supposed to park the trolley at one placed and do the collection by hand but instead they were pushing it everywhere they go and didnt care of the customers comfort while eating. I hope the person responsible please kindly take note of these. This will be my last time eating there and will not recommend anyone to go there. I will for sure make a complain to KKM regarding the clealiness of the premise and also the SOP complianced because some of the workers there not wearing their mask while attending...
Read moreI am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience in the Baby Diapers Changing Room on the evening of 28.06.25.
While the room itself appeared clean and tidy, the surrounding air was heavily polluted with cigarette smoke, which is completely unacceptable in an area designated for infants and families. I brought my baby and wife into the room to change our son's diaper, only to find the environment unsafe for both of them.
This situation was especially distressing as my wife recently recovered from COVID-19 during her pregnancy, and her lungs remain sensitive. Unfortunately, since that day, she has developed a severe cough, which is now affecting her daily life and work.
I strongly urge management to take immediate steps to:
Enforce a strict no-smoking policy in and around the baby changing area.
Install clear signage indicating this policy.
Ensure regular monitoring and ventilation to maintain a safe and healthy environment for parents and babies.
This room should be strictly reserved for baby-related use only, and all necessary precautions must be taken to protect vulnerable visitors.
Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I hope to see real improvements made to prevent such incidents...
