I wish to provide feedback regarding my recent experience when I visited my friend’s workplace. I came simply to check on my friend while purchasing a product, ensuring I did not interfere with their duties or work. I also fully respected their professional responsibilities. However, I was disappointed by the discourteous attitude of the supervisor towards me. Moreover, this supervisor instructed the staff to hasten their switch between outlets for 2 times while taking my order. Indeed, my friend, who works there, took my order, yet continued to perform their tasks diligently, not engaging in casual conversation with me as though we were at a coffee shop.
