Their service was very poor and they couldn't even handle customers professionally hence I ordered 3 tosai 4 roti canai and 1 Milo panas. They charged me for the full amount but no Milo panas included on top of that their system had a terrible issue and couldn't even detect their QR code as it's QR paper was so old and proceeded with card payment yet unable to detect as they faced system issues at that time of period. Not my first time facing this at their restaurant where they do not know how to treat customers professionally just ignored and walk past as had to walk towards them to and inform them what I need. It is just so frustrating first they take full amount with incomplete order second we are the ones that has to approach them first in order for us to make order.
