Restoran AJ MAJU — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Their service was very poor and they couldn't even handle customers professionally hence I ordered 3 tosai 4 roti canai and 1 Milo panas. They charged me for the full amount but no Milo panas included on top of that their system had a terrible issue and couldn't even detect their QR code as it's QR paper was so old and proceeded with card payment yet unable to detect as they faced system issues at that time of period. Not my first time facing this at their restaurant where they do not know how to treat customers professionally just ignored and walk past as had to walk towards them to and inform them what I need. It is just so frustrating first they take full amount with incomplete order second we are the ones that has to approach them first in order for us to make order. Used to be 5 star. The owner is nice. Ex-staff is friendly. Now new staff is very arrogant 🙄.

Ask to order. Came over keep pressing phone for so long. After too long we strat to mention our food. In a very frustrating manner, he repeats, nanti nanti nanti.

After took nasi lemak campur, he keys in to his phone. We ask, how much. No reply. After he is done key in, we ask again. He say makan sahaja.

Called him to add on more food. Unwillingly walking towards us.

Zero star. Very dirty. Got worse over the years. They don’t wash their cups. Just rinse. Their service is also very bad. Tables not wipe clean, cutlery super oily, and we found hair in our dhal 🤮. The waiter forgets our orders, we waited for 30+ mins for our roti canai special. Every other table that came after us got their food. When I reminded the waiter, he said they are still doing the half boiled eggs. For 30 mins?!?! He obviously forgot our order. Not coming...
