Is meant to be a park, however sadly, this place is poorly managed – disorganised and dirty. Food trucks and street vendors essentially take over all visitor parking spaces without any interference from the municipal council. Some merchants even leave their merchandise-filled cars there on a permanent basis, taking up parking spaces which are meant for visitors. Without considering how much harm it has done to the beach, food trash from the vendors is dumped down the drain, which not only becomes clogged with oil residue but also stinks up the place. This is the price to pay for getting incompetent local authority personnel to run this place.
