I was honestly very disappointed with the food quality here. The price is almost the same as other well-known food franchises, but the quality falls far below expectations.
Imagine receiving dry fried chicken with a batter that tasted almost burnt. To be completely honest, even night market fried chicken tastes much better and is far juicier.
The mashed potatoes? Iād give it a 4/10 at best.
I really hope this place takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the food quality. When you run a franchise like this, consistency and proper cooking standards should be a top priority. For example, fried chicken should be cooked at the correct temperature for the right amount of time to ensure itās juicy and flavorfulānot dry and overcooked.
In terms of decor, Iāll admit the place looks quite attractive. Cleanliness is generally okay, but I wouldnāt recommend sitting near the drain area as there was an unpleasant smell.
On a positive note, I appreciate the cashierās good serviceāthey allowed me to exchange my first piece of chicken as it was very small. However, the batter on the replacement chicken was still very unappetizing. Iām not sure if itās because it was over-fried or due to the seasoning.
I really hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the food quality and overall...

Tried this new spot hoping for a fresh take on fried chicken, but unfortunately, the experience fell short.
Ambience: No air conditioning, and the tables were a bit unstable, making dining uncomfortable.
Food Quality: The chicken was slightly undercooked and lacked proper marination, leaving it rather tasteless. For a fried chicken rice dish, the rice itself was also bland, which was disappointing.
Sides & Sauces: Mashed potatoes had potential, but the sauce was overly sweet and didnāt complement the dish well. The RM2 cheese sauce felt underwhelming.
Drinks: Reminiscent of the cheap, watered-down options from primary school canteensādefinitely not worth the price.
Value for Money: The pricing is on par with established fast-food chains like KFC, but the quality and overall experience do not justify the cost.
I appreciate new businesses trying to establish themselves, but thereās significant room for improvement. Hope the management takes this feedback constructively and makes adjustments to enhance both food quality and the dining experience.
