Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Reception and Misleading Behavior at Rabbit Park, Bukit Tinggi
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had at Rabbit Park in Bukit Tinggi on [insert date]. What should have been an enjoyable visit was unfortunately marred by the unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior of your staff member, Kevyn, at reception, as well as several disappointing aspects of the park itself.
We arrived at the park at 9:55 AM, as the first guests of the day. Instead of being greeted with a warm and friendly attitude, Kevyn turned away from us and began spraying pesticide without any acknowledgment. When I attempted to communicate from outside to ask for directions to the ticket booth, his response was dismissive and unhelpful.
Despite the gate stating where tickets could be purchased, Kevyn exhibited an arrogant attitude and intentionally misled us by implying we needed to buy tickets separately, despite being hotel guests entitled to tickets as part of our package. When I clarified that we were staying at Colmar Tropicale, his behavior did not improve, and he continued to be rude and uncooperative. Frustrated, I contacted Colmar Tropicale’s customer service, after which Kevyn tried to justify his actions with excuses rather than taking responsibility or rectifying the situation.
Additionally, the park did not meet the expectations set by your advertisements. Contrary to the claim of having 200 rabbits, we saw fewer than 10 during our visit. There was no feeding session offered, which was a key feature highlighted on your website. The park's overall maintenance was also disappointing, particularly the poor state of the toilets, which were unhygienic and clearly neglected.
This experience has left a very negative impression and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of your marketing, the upkeep of your facilities, and the training and professionalism of your staff. I urge you to address this incident and these issues promptly to ensure no other guests are subjected to such behavior or disappointment. I would also appreciate it if you could confirm whether tickets for Rabbit Park are indeed part of the hotel package to prevent further confusion for future visitors.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of service and the overall guest experience at your park.
Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your...

Read moreeasy to find parking, presented my receipt which was promptly stamped by a lone gatekeeper - the place was dirty, disheveled, uncared for but had cute animals, so +1?
there is a warning for the harm of animals, “5000RM fine and an imprisonment for up to 2 years” yet without any enforcement from any staff as either most kids here don’t know any better or have useless parents - most kids stomp over and playfully “hit” the rabbits with parents encouraging kids to pick up them up for a picture and then slamming them back down on the floor after they have been used - i can’t rate the guests here so it’s on the staff for not providing a strict, clean, safe and comfortable environment for the rabbits to interact with the guests
this place seems like a haven for parents to shut their brain off and relax on the massage chairs (which is baffling that it exists here) and not actually parent their children as they play in the ballpit (in the best case) or aggressively pet the guinea pigs (in the worst case) and proceed to get surprised and outraged when the animals bite and attack back - which the management is also conveniently not responsible for
maybe instead of saying that, just create a better environment for your animals?
the limit of 10 people max in the rabbit one is obviously not adhered to, i counted 17 adults and kids when i went - seriously you think 10 people can fit in that tiny grass patch? maybe 10 midgets sure
the other animals live in not the best of conditions - duck’s water was dirty, some of the drinking water for the animals was green and swampy, and one of the chickens were left outside in the rain where it desperately seeked refuge
overall, a lawsuit waiting to...
