Was better than expected. Size of the park is just nice for a one day trip. Nothing too rushing. Staffs are all very friendly and welcoming.

There’s a few themes in the park, personal favourite is the safari and petting zoo. Animals looked healthy and happy. Environment is clean too, especially the animal side. You don’t smell the usual animal smells where you experience in the common zoo.

We even have enough time to cover all the water slides, tin valley, safari, fed the animals in petting zoo, watched tiger n animal show, dance performances, DJ music festival at the beach, enjoyed the hot springs and most importantly the luminous forest and the night fire show.

Luminous forest is pretty interesting, relatively short but not bad I would say. But would not recommend people with poor eyesight during the dark to visit. There’s alot of stairs up and down and random rocks at the side where people can easily trip over. Which we ourselves, we tripped over a few.

Special shoutout for the night fire show. Was IMPRESSIVE! DID NOT EXPECT IT TO BE SO GOOD. We went watching the show with a “its gonna be another ordinary fire show” but it definitely “WOW” us! By far THE BEST fire show we’d watched in Malaysia. Definitely a MUST WATCH!

Some of the down points for visitors to take note, Lockers n toilets are not technically located side by side like how usual parks does. Not very convenient to be honest. You need to walk a little from the toilet to the locker. or you can AWKWARDLY take the shortcut n walk pass a souvenir store. (you’ll get what I mean when u r there) Pretty Awkward!

Food choices there were ok during the afternoon, they have a few food areas around the park but not during the evening. Evening session, most of the food area will be close n the only food area available are on the main entrance side near the ipoh street. During the evening, food selections are very limited, seats are VERY LIMITED as well. The entire hot spring area will be super crowded as everyone will be hanging around there to shower and eat. and Yes, the shower n locker is right at the evening food area. Its a terrible mess. People who can’t find seats will start sit n eat everywhere, even by the hot springs pools and some even INSIDE the hot spring pools. VERY UNPLEASANT especially when u see people drop foods into the pool. Park management should really do some improvement on this, especially crowd management.

But generally, a nice park to visit. Will definitely visit again and recommend to my...

Bought online ticket. Useless. Their stupidestest process still requires online ticket buyers with QR to queue to validate at counter. IC is required for validation, each and every ticket, as if Jeffrey Cheah is desperate for money and as if every customer would cheat him that few dollars by falsifying identity. Strongly advise to print hardcopy tickets or else the counter would take away your phone from your eyesight for validation behind the curtain, you would never know what has been done to your phone in that moment, or next money in bank accounts all gone in seconds. Moved in after an hour of havoc at counter, it's genuinely a lost world with minimal signage so you have to find your own way to locate the changing room. We were very fortunate to be lost at the wrong wing of changing room with no locker rental counter, had to move to the other side, realized the rental was a whopping RM 25 or 50 for 2 sizes of lockers. Look at the screen, I wonder if it's for eyesight test to read the text. Again, few papers print out just to rent the locker. A dedicated staff was manned there to help stick the barcode properly and guided us to the locker. What a job security lol. He must have faced lots complaints of damaged / folded / wrinkled barcode unable to scan to open locker. and lost world again if without him as locker number was not printed big enough on the papers. Hungry don't angry, gotta queue at 1 counter to buy the food, more papers print out and bring the chit to the stall to order the food. Lost world again, no stall number printed on the chit, gotta try luck to get to the correct "stall hole". Be prepared to spare more cash or e wallet for food, rent tube, rock climbing, flying fox etc. yes the ticket is just a basic ticket. Everything must pay, says Jeffrey Cheah. Oh ya no drink is permitted into the park including plain water. Jeffrey Cheah wants to squeeze every single cent out from you. Create more waste with plastic bottles and print more papers while the theme park ironically publishes the sustainability vision everywhere in the park. Oh well you would understand the above if you have been to Escape Park esp. the one in Penang. Smooth check in and right away you are on the zip lines! Not to mention the flat rental for locker and bring your own bottle. The Customer Experience Manager in Sunway should be reappraised. On good note, the staff were cheerful, passionate and helpful hence 1 star...

I had a good time here with my family. The activities inside were abundant, considering the short period allowed for the Night Springs ticket. The payment counter was well-managed, and despite the long queue, all counters were open, allowing us to go in and out within 20 minutes. That being said, for Sunway, they could enable online payment for tickets, allowing visitors to print their own QR tickets and access without collecting a wristband at the counter. The wristband seemed unnecessary except for entry. I understand the complication due to different ticket pricing for locals (MyKad) and foreigners, making this method challenging to implement.

There were many attractions inside, but a considerable amount of walking was necessary. This is inevitable if you want to make the most of your visit. Night Springs activities were minimal compared to daytime, such as petting and soaking in hot water. During school holidays, the crowd was significant, and the small hot water springs were mostly occupied, while the larger ones could accommodate many.

As I walked through the park, I noticed that the luminescence on monuments or sculptures had faded, not as attractive as portrayed online by previous visitors. Management should allocate time for refurbishments, especially in dark areas with inadequate lighting. Improvements in signboards and direction indicators at night are also necessary. As a new visitor, I had difficulty following the low-resolution map provided for the QR scan. The management might consider incorporating park-specific apps for easy navigation, aside from the Sunway app for point purposes.

There were numerous food trucks and stalls, but the payment counter for all of them was centralized. Bringing the paid receipt to the respective stalls or trucks was necessary, and payment options included cash, credit card, and Grab/Maybank e-payment. For those engaged in water activities without wallets or cash, payment becomes inconvenient. I suggest management incorporates TnG or other common e-wallet payment methods at each food counter to avoid congestion at the payment counter.

Although the bathrooms were spacious, they were crowded, which is understandable on weekends and during school holidays. There were plenty of storage/lockers available, requiring an additional wristband for access. Overall, I would rate my experience as a B+, considering it was my first visit, having been to other theme...
