Pizza Hut Restaurant TF Value Mart Ipoh — Restaurant in Perak

So you know the RM10 pizza one? Yes, this is my story of purchasing it at this store. And since I am madly upset, lemme put in on every single detail over here.

I came in to the store and went to que at the counter, I was two in line. As i was queing, my wife went inside in sat at a table. And then when the person in front of me is done, the cashier, which the main suspect in this story, (i suspect she's the store manager since she wore black instead) went out from the cashier booth without even greeting me, and i had to say "nak order kak" as she walks away. First Strike.

Then i proceed with the orders calmly, no need to make any scene. I asked for Tangy Tuna and Smoke BBQ something (Which both of this flavor are the selections in the RM10 pizza menu). Then she said she need to check inside the bag to see if the pizza i want is available in the delivery bag they put infront of the store. There was none. She came and said, IF i want the flavor that is not there, I had to pay an extra of RM2 each, as they had to make pizza. Hello?? I'm sorry but there's non stated any instruction on any display whatsoever regarding this. Plus, why should we pay extra for you to cook something that is on your own menu?? I didnt agree, i took whatever still RM10 in the box. Second Strike.

After i paid and collect my TAKEAWAY pizza, i walked approaching my wife whom sat at a table inside this store. As we sat and waited for her to get ready to leave the store, the SAME cashier (Which wore Black Uniform, so i suspect the STORE MANAGER), came to us and said, "Sini untuk dine in sahaja, ini take away kan?". Holy Shit that's the Third Strike guys! She is willingly to walk all across the cashier booth to the table i sat which not even for 2 mins, just to shoosh us away? Damn right we pissed off, hence i am going to give you a sweet caramalised essay review for you here miss.

Oh and after that happened, we stormed off and take our pizza to the foodcourt right beside the store, just for the sake to eat the pizza while it is still hot. and guess what, IT IS ICE COLD. AIR COND ROOM TEMPERATURE COLD PIZZA. WITH A HARD DOUGH. You know how sucks pizza is when served cold right. Yeah Pizza Hut, YOUR Store manager in this store GAVE me that experience.

we ordered the promotion set. we got the chicken parmigiana, garlic bread, Wildberry n passion tea, 1 personal pizza n mushroom soups. chicken parmigiana is the big reason why i deduct 2 star here. the chicken as u can see was black n dark color. i hate to say that its the worse chicken parmigiana i ever taste. there is no other diners inside but yet we got 1 bad overcooked chicken. so bad. i hope that they can do better. the only good job that i can say is the garlic bread n pizza. love it. the place are okay, cool vibes. located near the main door...

Enough is enough with this particular Pizza Hut store.

No air conditioning? Really? You just use the mall’s cool air to cool your store? Ridiculous.

The workers are friendly, BUT are so unprofessional. Singing out loudly, gathered in the corner of the restaurant, having a loud chit chat and laugh like this is some school lunch break?

I remember 10 years ago when the staffs are working like they’re in a fine dining restaurants, now they are simply poorly trained and are just TOO NOISY!

At least the foods are okay.
