I don't write any bad reviews, but this is an expection because this hotel earnes it, if I could give them a 0 star i would gladly rate it that way, and if I can give a negative rating, I would have gave it too. Their only saving grace was Nadia who was working at the front desk upon our check in.
I will strongly recommend you to book another hotel. Because that's what we did after checking in, we immediately booked a night stay in the resort we were suppose to visit for a wedding even though it means forfeiting a night.
So here is what we saw, upon checking into the room G016, the stale air hit us so hard, you could tell that probably no one had been in there for quite some time. We switched on the air con, hoping it will blow everything away, but as the room cooled a scent of a hawker centre started to surface, the oily greasy smell got to a point where it could not be ignored, but we said it is only for 2 night.
Then we saw the sheets and cover, it was stained with patches of yellow, which was still visible under the yellow lighting. I almost threw up thinking how these stain got there. You know these are bodily fluids that were not cleaned properly at first sight, it is just, horrible. The pillows, looks so aged, that my grandma may have slept on it.
The bathroom, in short moldy and rusty. Then walking out we saw the final straw, the peeling walls and ceiling. So we decided after booking another hotel room, we asked for a room change, because we cannot stand staying even 1 night in that room.
So we moved to room 117, honestly much better, to the point where we were contemplating if we should cancel the booking, but we decided, to head out and have dinner first before jumping in to cancel after what we witnessed. So coming back(much dreaded) after dinner, we decided to wash up and sleep. The heater did not work, housekeeping can and check, yup, wasn't going to work, so again we had to pack and change room. Which we felt rather reluctant, because that room was pretty good compared to what we had.
So we moved, once again to 115 after checking the heater works. At this point we are just hoping to bathe, rest and get out of the hotel early next day. So for 115, same problem with the sheets, toilet still stinks. Almost everything else work.
The television for all the 3 rooms, well, you get 2 to 3 channels that work. The rest... well... it is honestly the least of your worries.
We understand we are not paying a premium for the rooms, it is not some 4 or 5 stat hotel, but we had stayed in our fair share of boutiques and 3 stars hotel and even cheaper ones to boot to know that this is just a major failure.
My feedback to the hotel if they even bother, get your stuff together, clean your sheets and cover change what needs to be change. If you don't have the budget to revamp the hotel, just close it down. Your only saving grace Nadia was the only one that made this more bearable with her politeness and help to get some form of compensation, that doesn't even do justice, for this horrid experience.
To all the rest of the peeps out there, i shall quote what I saw at the check in. EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED.
Book and stay at your own risk. It is not the worst, but it may possibly be your worst experience. Unless you are those who just need a bed and a place to poop and showers.... well... there are cheaper places which will give you the same.

I'm very disappointed about the cleaness, service and maintenance of the whole Hotel. The corridor ground is very dirty and require immediate cleaning. Inside and outside of the lobby is laying dirt/trash and got never cleaned during my stay. Hot water is not working and maintenance got postponed twice due to emergency leave of the contractor (just look for an alternative will do). Ground floor in the room is broken and covered with a carpet (knocked my toes twice). Dustin from previous users doesn't got cleaned and no soap for shower available. Staff told me to provide it to me by 9am when the cleaner starts working, but didn't happened at all. Messages between the shifts got not forwarded at all.
Internet connection is very good, selection of TV channels are very poor. Slightly water stain in the shower cabinet available. Telephone in the room is unable to use.

Read morePaid for street view room but got downgraded to no window, compact room without any notice. The receptionist blame Agoda for not closing the street view room but Agoda confirmed that hotel never notify them to close the street view room for booking. Receptionist being so selfish charged a no-window room with the street view room. We even called earlier befire checkin to inform that we will be bit late due to an event. He would have take that chance to notify us that our room have been downgraded. Even during check in no notice have been given until we found out by ourself. Asked hotel to refund as they have charged us higher then it suppose to be, but they refuse saying that its out of their control as other cust have entended their stays. Very bad service fron the receptionist and the hotel itself. Dont even received any apologise from the hotel. Bad hotel. Bad service.
