Remaja Purba Cafe and Bakery — Restaurant in Perak

Overhyped..came here because of reviews from tiktok and cause of the close proximity to the hotel..ordered 1 dish + 1 drink to dine in, and 3 meals to take away..

Timing : Dine in food came in late..it took more than 40 mins..the drink? Dah habis makan pun tak sampai.. 3 take away meals pun tak siap after i finished eating..

Tak tau lah staff tak cukup ke..but customers mcm tak ramai sangat when i arrived there were still empty tables..

As for the drink, the staff told "terlepas pandang" after 1 hour ya, and the audacity bila tanya for the drink, they ask back "order air apa ya tadi" 🤦‍♀️

Food : Portion overall is large.. Lambchop is tender but gravy is too sweet.. The others, havent tasted yet..sbb still tak dapat lagi..total of 1 hour+ waiting..think family kat hotel pun dah tidur tunggu makanan.. 🤷‍♀️

Disappointment is real..honest review, i dont recommend going here if they dont step up the game.. especially if you come with hangry children/adults..

Ambiance : Insta worthy lah, but thats about it..

Update : Yes staff ada inform..itu pun selepas di tanya 2x..if tak tanya, dibiarkan je..common sense kpd owner/staff, i have been waiting for a long time and it was 11pm, if u pulangkan semula duit nak pegi kedai lain pun dah tak buka..of course i said tak apa..but that doesnt mean u can abandon my order??

I dont want the money back..but really the service kelaut..i said i dont recommend to come if u dont step up the game..so upgrade your...

We came here at 5.00 in a group of 16 people. We chose to sit in the air-conditioned area which was just nice for a big group like ours. The food that we ordered came in large portions and all were to our taste. Alhamdulillah. Some of the things we ordered were lamb chops, grilled chicken chops, nasi goreng kampung, nasi with tomyam and telur dadar, macaroni and cheese, fish and chips and grilled salmon.
