My 1st experience was bad, it was estimated 2 hr for delivery, but only came after 4.5 hr, I did multiple calls chasing for the order, they informed the delivery person is new and not familiar with the location.
My 2nd experience, I made the order and waited almost 2 hr, because I got notification email that they are processing my order. After that, the status of my order was canceled. When I called no one picked up my calls for clarification.
An advice to the people managing mammam food service, need to understand that food delivery need to be punchual, if you are not able to meet the demand just cancel the order earlier.
