Our visit on 14 Sep 2025 was very underwhelming, and I hope the management can take this feedback constructively.
Admission & Overcrowding The RM32 (total of RM224 for 7 pax) admission fee felt wasted. We spent almost two hours just queueing for the e-ticket kiosk, bag check, finding a seat, and arranging cabana/tube rental. By the time we entered the pool (around 12.30pm), the crowd was overwhelming and queues for rides were extremely long. It was so congested that we lost the mood to enjoy the park and left by 3pm. ➡️ Suggestion: Limit the number of visitors during peak periods (school holidays, long weekends) for a safer and more enjoyable experience. Better buy walk in (since the queue are shorter)
Cabana Pricing & Public Areas VIP cabana costs RM300 and the cheapest Silver is RM100 — quite steep for families. The public seating area was uncomfortable in comparison, with minimal shade and poor ventilation. ➡️ Suggestion: Provide more shaded spaces, fans, and resting areas for non-cabana visitors.
Food & Service Food queues were long, service was slow, and prices were on the high side. Clearly, staff numbers were insufficient for the crowd. ➡️ Suggestion: Introduce a mobile app for food ordering, cabana and tube booking. This would reduce congestion at counters. Also, hire more part-timers on weekends and peak seasons.
Facilities & Convenience The locker sizes were good, but the locker room itself was small and got very crowded. Toilets were poorly maintained and hard to find — I only noticed one near the entrance. Signage around the park was also confusing. ➡️ Suggestion: Expand locker facilities, improve toilet cleanliness and distribution throughout the park, and enhance signage/maps for easier navigation.
Payment Method Only accepting cash in 2025 is unacceptable. Most visitors expect cashless options like e-wallets, cards, or QR pay. ➡️ Suggestion: Upgrade the payment system to modern standards.
Staff Presence There were very few staff members visible inside the park. It was difficult to find assistance if anyone was lost or needed help. ➡️ Suggestion: Place more customer service and safety officers at key locations to guide and assist visitors.
Overall: The park has good potential but suffers from poor crowd management, outdated systems, and underwhelming facilities. With better planning — especially visitor limits, improved facilities, and a proper mobile app — the experience could be much better.
Unfortunately, based on this visit, I...

Only one body slide was not smooth at all so u will get stuck and push yourself down which is not fun. There's 3 areas for my two yr old toddler. A small and old waterpark. I will return tho. It's cheap and good when it's not crowded. Yes the toilets were clean, cubicles small. Got surau there, hairdryer use coins, two baby changing stations, park benches to eat and put your stuff maybe 50 tables. Bring cash. Go on the big blue water slide in the middle. Short and fast slide for everybody. Got two swings and two...
Read moreA nice family friendly park, not for the thrillseekers!
As a place to bring the family and cool of from the heat, Wet World Shah Alam delivers on all counts. However what is has in shady relaxed vibes it lacks in thrilling rides. The staff were friendly but with us going just before the MCO in March 2020 there were not many people to guard!
The park is well kept with clean water, the changing rooms and toilets were also clean and serviceable. Lockers are available but are single use only and are 5rm per use. Tube rental is 25rm plus 25rm deposit.
