Highly recommend! It's €60 for a day family ticket, same price for half a day but still worth the money. We spent 5 hours here and the kids (8&9) thoroughly enjoyed it. Theres a large parking area which is free. There's a shop that sells sun cream, flipflops etc. Definitely take water shoes or flipflops as the floor is scorching! There's quite a few sun loungers with umbrellas, get in early or later (4pm) for good spots as it gets very very busy. There's a few refreshments stations that sell alcohol, fruit juices, milk shakes, ice cream etc. There's even a small rollercoaster (additional cost). The water slides are amazing, theres 7 big ones and smaller ones as well, the kids went on them all. There's an area for small children with little slides and fun water activities. The large pool has a wave machine that comes on every hour, then there's dance activity for all to join in for 15 minutes after... great fun. You can take inflatables, they can inflate them for free in the DJ booth. There's a small fairground but it wasnt running when we were there, also a booth for henna tattoo and hair braiding. Great day for all ages!

Splash and Fun Water Park - Malta You’ve done it again. 👏👏 🚨Second time coming here this season, and yet another injury has occurred. First time we came here a member of our group smacked his head on the water slide because you have no rules or safety protocols in place. The only reason we came this time is because we were given a free pass to come again, but I should’ve never come back. This time, a piece of your floor board in the lazy river has risen, with sharp edges, hitting every person that goes over it, and when told about it the lifeguards sent a member of staff to stand next to the bridge to watch people swim over it, without saying anything such as “be careful” or “watch your foot on the floor below”, nothing. He stood and watched every person hit their leg/foot on it without saying a word. Just in case nobody was aware, this is completely illegal, especially due to the fact that they are completely aware of the situation but as always, do NOTHING about it, because well… they are lazy and they are now liable for any injuries that occur since we informed them of this. ❗️Here are just a few things you can witness when visiting Splash and Fun:❗️ •Rusty screws and metal almost broken on the stairs (which is just waiting to collapse) •teenagers sneaking in alcohol and getting drunk •children jumping from bridges into the lazy river •lifeguards no where to be seen , and if they are there, no rules being enforced •queues don’t exist because every one skips and lifeguards don’t care •unsafe slides which people are constantly getting flipped over, or smacking their heads on it, AND I am constantly seeing people flying almost over the edge of the water slide because they don’t set any weight limit, or rules to who can go and how to lay/sit!! •broken glass/plastic pieces on floors and in pools •floor boards loose underwater •pool drains sticking out with sharp plastic edges Moral of the story, if you care about the safety of your family, don’t visit Splash and Fun. 💙 And to you Splash and Fun, I would suggest that you use the money that get from all the tourism and locals hard earned money, to invest in some maintenance and perhaps actually building things up to legal health and safety standard so maybe people will stop getting hurt. God knows you have the money to do the bare minimum to make the park safe and enjoyable for everyone. Such a disgusting waste of money and definitely never coming again. 😡

Something to do for a few hours as a once off max, but not great! Life guards / slide attendants, seem to be very poorly trained in comparison to previous water parks I've experienced. Basically most don't seem to be bothered to do anything. Water volume on the slides is hit and miss. So one time you might go down well, mostly though, you have to propel / push yourself to get down. Wave pool is very weak, more like a ripple pool, even if you go right up to the wave source. The big red slide, be forewarned, if you go in a two person tube. The person in the back may well experience whiplash. 🙄 It happened both my adult daughter and myself. Normally I love these slides, not this one. Reception is also quite poor. We paid for three day tickets for 3 people. Though only 2 of us attended, she scanned the email on my phone for 3 and gave us a 3rd wrist band. Though I was very clear a few times highlighting we were only 2 people. Her attitude was, took back the third wristband and said send an email! Even my son noted how bad her attitude and service was. Many lockers broken. Not available for use. All 3 men's toilets were out of service (July 2023). The food area is carpeted in a water park! Cats roam through and ponder around, begging for food and staring you down. Lots of little flies/insects. Wouldn't pass health check in other EU regions, most likely. If you've been to other water parks, this may well be very disappointing.

If you are after a water park, well it is the only one on the Maltese islands, so there you go. Get ready for a day of fun, pools, waves and slides, accompanied by music and entertainers at times. There are also kiosks where you can buy food, drinks and ice-cream, and a separate water and fun park for the kids including a small train ride. Sunbeds, umbrellas, rest rooms, lockers and showers are in the offing. The lack of competition though isn't healthy and it shows, thus my three star rating. The place has been around for over 20 years, and while it did add a couple of new slides throughout the years, however some refurbishment needs to be done, like railings missing pieces and lazy river tunnel well it's a bit run down to name two. For the money even the food could be better, I had better hot dogs while chips/fries were hard. Other places which offer pools but not rides, do include food in the price. The big tent where one can sit at a table to eat needs fans if not a/c as in August it turned into a sauna. So, yes I recommend for the fun but watch out not to get hurt as not everything is upgraded but the place needs an overall revamp and a new cook. There is a vast parking space area but it can fill up quickly on busy days especially on weekends and public holidays. Booking online is always better, and the queue to enter moves faster than the one paying at the door.

I don't understand the bad reviews. If we had a waterpark like this in the UK I would be extremely happy. The staff, including trainees are all smiling and love a chat, all very friendly and observent but not aggressive when somebody breaks the rules. I would recommend a half day pass, more so the fact it is right on the coast and extremely hot, but that is because I am a pasty Brit 😂 This park has everything, slides that are fast, an incredible water half pipe thing that scared the living daylights out of me, a wave machine pool, a lazy river, a bar which serves both normal and alcoholic drinks, hundreds of sun beds, private loo's and changing rooms and locker rental. Oh.. and.. CATS! So many adorable little cats everywhere, including kittens, they are timid but with the right approach you can get some strokes in. The staff are really laid back, drinks are a little on the higher end of pricing but the entry fee is lower than average, so it works itself out. A huge car park, if not there are about 7 buses linking you across the island. Came for the slides, stayed for the cats.

Went there today with my family and we all had an amazing time! The slides are great, however, some of them hurt my back a bit. I didn't really have any food there, apart from some chips which were nice and were served extremely quickly. Most of the staff are nice, some just look bored and sit around on their phones which is quite annoying. Contrary to what other reviews have stated, the park is well maintained and the pools are clean. There's plenty to do for the whole family, there's a wave pool, a few diving boards, a fairground area, a kids water slide area, plenty of adult water slides and a few small kids' slides on land. There's also some trampolines and a few other activities too. During the day, there will be some games like volleyball and basketball in the wave pool and also a few dance sessions in there too which will get everyone involved. If you are looking for a fun day out, something other than the beach, then this is a great option. It's not too expensive when you consider the amount of time you can spend there and the fun that can be had.
